Yadi roz roz ek hi tarhe ka nashta khakar aap bor ho gaye hai to aaj kuch alag tarhe ka nashta try karte hai jise aapke sath sath apke nanhe munne bhi khoob pasand karenge. Aaj Aapko khasta kachori banana sikha rahe hai jo apke nashte ko thoda sa crispy anubhav degi.

Samagri – Ingredients

 

500 Gram Maida, 200 Gram Ghee, 100 Gram Mitha Tel (Peanut Oil), 100 Gram Urad Ki Dal Ki Pithi, 1 Chota Chamach Lal Mirch, 1 Chamach Dhaniya powder, 1 Chota Chamach Jeera, Chutki Bhar Heeng, Thdoa Sa Anar Dana Aur Namak Swad Anusar.

Kachori Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle maide me thdoa sa ghee aur meetha tel mila kar pani ke sath gundh kar rakh le. Ab dal ki pithi ko ek kadahi me thoda sa ghee dalkar bhun le aur isme sabhi masale mix kar de. Jab pithi bhun jaye to ise niche utar le. Ab yeh kachori me bharne ka masala tyar ho gaya hai. Ab ek alag kadahi me ghee dal kar garam kar le. Jab ghee puri tarhe se garam ho jaye to isme maide ke pedo me pithi ka masala bharkar bel kar tal le.

Garma garam kachori nashte ke liye tyar hai.

Vishesh :

Ghee aur meetha tel maide ko gundhne ke samay issliye milaya jata hai taki kachori khasta (Crispy) ho jaye.
