Aam ko falo ka raja kaha jata hai. Aam khana sabhi ko bahut pasand hai. Aam ko khane ke sath sath aap iska shake ya lassi bhi bana kar pee sakte hai. Aam ki lassi ghar par banane ka bahut hi asan sa tarika niche diya ja raha hai.

Sabse pehle aam ka chilka utar kar uske chote tukde kat lijiye aur guthli ko alag kar dijiye.

Ab aam ke tukdo ko mixer me dalkar paste tyar kar le. jab paste acchi tarhe se ban jaye to

isme pani, dudh, dahi aur chini milakar fir se thodi der ke liye mixer me ghumaye.

 

Meethi Meethi Mango Lassi tyar hai isse thanda karne ke liye aap baraf ke slice dale ya ise thodi der ke liye freezer me rakhe.

Samagri – Ingredients

Aam (Mango) 1
Pani (Water) 1/2 cup
Dudh (Milk) 1/4 cup
Dahi (Curd) 1/2 cup
Chini (Sugar) Swad Anusar
