500 Gram Sarso Ka Tel

100 Gram Namak

20 Gram Mirch

20 Gram Haldi

20 Gram Soanf

20 Gram Methi

20 Gram Rie

20 Gram Jeera aur thodi si Hing

Aam Ka Lacchedar Achar Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Aam ke chilke utarkar aam ko kadukass kar le. Phir ek kadhai me thoda sa sarso ka tel garam karke usme jeera, hing, methi aur rie ko dal kar bhun lijiye.

jab yeh achi tra bhun jaye toh inko pees kar barik kar le. Phir tel me peese hua masale dal kar haldi, namak, mirch, soanf ko mila dijiye. Jab sare masale achi tra mill jaye toh isme kadukass kiya hua aam dal dijiye.

Aam ka lacchedar Achar tyar hai. Iss ko ek kanch ke bartan me bhar kar rakh de aur baki bacha hua tel achar me dal dijiye. Thode din dhup me rakhne se achar puri tarhe se tyar ho jayega.
