Aloo Shimla Mirch Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle shimla mirch ko dhokar isko tukdo me kat le. Isi tareh se aloo ko cheel kar dho le aur unke tukde bhi kat le.

Ab ek kadai me oil garam kar le aur isme heeng, haldi, lal mirch, hari mirch aur namak dal kar masala tyar kar le.

Isme kate hue aloo dal kar halki aanch par thodi der dhak kar pakne de. Beech beech me ek kadchi se aloo ko chalate rahe. Jab aloo thode soft ho jaye to isme kati hui shimla mirch add kar de aur ise kadchi se acche se mix karde.

Halki aanch par thodi der aur pakaye. Jab aloo gal jaye to gas ki flame band kar de. Ab iske upar kali mirch aur dhania powder dal kar bowl me nikal le.

Ekdam swadisth aloo shimla mirch tyar hai. Ise roti, prantha ya nan ke sath serve kare.

Oil 2 Chammach
Hari Mirch Barik Kati 2
Haldi Powder 1/2 Chammach
Dhania Powder 1 Chammach
Lal Mirch Powder 1/4 Chota Chammach
Heeng 1 Chutki
Kali Mirch Powder 1/2 Chota Chammach
Namak Swad Anusar
