Amchur Ki Chutney Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Step -1

Sabse pehle thoda sa pani garam karke usme gurd dal kar acche se ghol le. Ab isme amchur

ko acchi tarhe se chammach ki sahayata se hilakar mix karke amchur ka mishran tyar

karle.

Step – 2

Ab ek fry pan me thoda sa tel garam karke usme namak, heeng, jeera, mirch aur amchur

ka mishran dal de. Jab mishran gahra ho jaye to gas ki flame band karke niche utar le.

Isme yadi aap chahe to kharbuje ke beej dal sakte hai.

Bahut Hi Swadisth Amchur Ki Chutney Tyar Hai.

Amchur 50 Gram
Gurd 50 Gram
Lal mirch 1/2 chamach
Bhuna Jeera 1 Chota Chammach
Heeng 1 Chutki
Namak Swad Anusar
