250 Gram Doodh (Milk)
125 Gram Chini (Sugar)

Sabse pehle Anaanaas Ka chilka utar kar uska ras nikal lijiye. Chini, Anaanaas ka ras aur

dudh add karke mixer me ghuma dijiye. Ab ise thanda karne ke liye freezer me thodi der tak

rakh de ya barf ke thode se slice dal kar thanda kare.

Thanda – thanda Anaanaas (Pineapple) ka milk shake tyar hai. Garmi ke dino me aisa

thanda pey man ko safurti ke sath sath bahut hi energy dega.
