1. Nimbu aur adhrak ki chatni ka sevan karne se bhukh adhik lagne lagti hai. Yadi dhaniya bhi milaye to aur accha rahega.

2. Yadi bhukh na lagti ho khatti dakar aati ho to 1 nimbu adha glass pani nichor kara thodi si shakkar ya chini milkar daily peene se labh hota hai.

3. 1 Chammach adhrak ka ras, nimbu, sendha namak 1 glass pani me milakar piye. Isse bhi khub bhukh lagne lagti hai.

4. Orrange par pisi hui saunth aur kala namak dalkar kuch din lagatar khane se bhukh khul kar lagti hai.

5. 1 glass khatte seb ka ras swad anusar mishri milakar kuch din tak peene se bhukh acchi tarhe lagne lagti hai.

6. Munakka, namak, kali mirch sabko milakar garam karke khane se bhukh badne lagti hai.
Purane bhukhar ke karan jab bhukh na lage to aisa karne se adhik bhukh lagti hai.

7. Chaulai ka saag khane se bhi bhukh badne lagti hai.

8. Subhe khali pet lal tamatar khane se bhukh adhik lagti hai.

9. Bahar ka khana khane se bhi aksar bhukh kam ho jati hai. Issliye junk food aur fast food khane se bachna chahihye. Yeh liver par bura parbhav dalkar bhukh ko kam kar dete hai.

10. Thode se Methi dana ko garam pani se lene se bhukh badane me sahayak hoti hai.

11. 5 Gram methi dana thode se ghee me sek le. Jab methi dana lal ho jaye to utar kar thandi hone par pees kar 5 gram shahad me milakar lagatar kuch din tak le. Isse bhukh lagne lagti hai.

12. Hare dhania ki chatni bhi bhukh ko badati hai. Ise apne khane me jarur shamil kare.

13. Jin lgo ko bhukh kam lagti ho anhe tea nahi peeni chahiye.

14. Yadi garmi ke karan bhukh na lagti ho to khana khane se 1 ghanta phele baraf ka pani peene se bhukh khulkar lagne lagti hai.

15. Imli ko bhigo kar uska pani swad anusar namak milakar peene se bhi bhukh adhik ho jati hai.
