1. High Cholesterol se bachne ke liye bahar ka khana junk food, fast food, spicy food aur jayada oily khana inse bachkar hi rahe.

2. Jin logo ko high Cholesterol ki samasaya ho unhe smoking aur wine ka parhej kana chahihye.

3. Motapa bhi high Cholesterol ka mukhya karan hai. Issliye motapa kam karne ke upay karne chahiye.

10. Fruits me kela, Angur aur seb khane se bhi bad Cholesterol kam karne me madad milti hai.

11. Soya bean khane se bhi bad Cholesterol kam hone lagta hai.

12. Pyaaj ka ras 1 chammach subhe aur 1 chammach sham ko peene se Cholesterol ki samasya me bahut labh hota hai.

13. Lahsun ki 1 kali subhe khali pet khane se bhi Cholesterol ko niyantrit rakhne me madad karti hai.
