Besan 500 Gram
Ghee 50 Gram
1 Chota Chamach Haldi
1 Chota Chamach Lal Mirch
1 Chota Chamach Jeera
1 Chota Chamach Dhaniya
Thoda Sa Gram Masala
Thodi Si Heeng
Thoda Sa Adhrak
2 Pyaaj
2 Tamatar
Namak Swad Anusar

 

Gatte Ki Sabji Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle besan ko chan le. Isme namak, mirch, haldi, jeera aur dhaniya milakar sakhat sa ata gunth le. Iss ate se lambi lambi salakhe bana le. Ab ek bartan me thoda sa pani dalkar ubalne ke liye rakh de. Jab pani ubalne lage to usme besan ki bani hui salakhe dal de. 5-7 minute ubalne ke bad gas ki flame band kar de. Insalakho ko pani se bahar nikal kar chote chote tukdo me kat le.

Ab ek kadahi me thoda sa ghee dal kar garam kar le. Isme kaddukas kiya pyaz aur adhrak dal kar acchi tarhe se bhun kar isme namak, mirch, haldi dal de. Jab masala puri tarhe se bhun jaye to usme tamatar kat kar dal de. Ab isme 1 bada glass pani dal kar pakne de. Jab tari gahri ho jaye to isme gatte ke tukde dal thodi der pakne de. Gatte ki sabji ko Niche utar kar garam masala dal de.

Gatte ki lajeej sabji parosne ke liye tyar hai.
