Sab se pehle khoye me medaa aur dhai milakar atte ki tarah gundh kar unki chote chote pede banakar un sab me 1-1 pista, kishmish dal kar gol gol ladoo ki shape bana de.

Ab gulab jamun ko dip karne ke liye chini ki ek tar ki chashni bana le. Jab Chashni tyar ho jaye to uske baad kadai me ghee garam karle aur usme kohye ke ladoo dalkar kadchi ke sath hilate hue tal le. Jab unka rang lal (red) ho jaye to kadai me se nikalkar chashni me dal de. Chashni na jyada garam na jyada
thandi honi chayia. Jab achi tarah chasni un me chali jaye to unhe bahar nikal de.

Meethe meethe gulab jamun khane ke liye ready hai. Aap inhe garma garam bhi paros sakte hai chahe to thanda karke bhi kha sakte hai.
