Gulab Ka Sharbat

Samagri – Ingredients

250 Gram Gulab Ke Taje Phool (Flowers) Ki Kaliya
2 Kg Chini (Sugar)
3 Kg Pani (Water)
Thodi Si Tatri

 

Garmi ke dino me gulab ka sharbat man ko bahut hi sheetalta pardan karta hai. Yeh sharbat apni suhani khushbu ke sath sath bahut hi cool anubhav karata hai. Ek bar iss sharbat ko jarur try kare.

Gulab Ka Sharbat Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Gulab ke Phoolo ki kaliya ko acchi tarhe se dho lijiye aur in kaliyo ko 1 Kg Pani me paka

lijiye. Jab pakte – pakte adha ras reh jaye to gas se niche utar lijiye. Thanda hone par kaliyo

ko masal dijiye. Phir patle kapde ya channi me chan kar gulab ka sat alag kar lijey. Iss sat

me chini, pani aur tatri mila kar mishran ko paka lijiye. Chashni Gahri ho jaye to gas par se

niche utar kar sharbat ko thanda hone dijiye.

Gulab ka sharbat tyar hai. Ab ise saff bottles me bharke sharbat ko Freezer me rakh dijiye

aur jab bhi man kare ise banakar piye.
