  • Sugar ke rogiyo ko jamun ke mosam me ho sake to daily jamun khani chahiye. Jamun ki guthli ka churan adha chamach sham ke samay pani ke sath lene se peshab me sharkara ani band ho jati hai.
  • Bistar me peshab karne vale bache ko jamun ki guthli me peeskar ek chamach pani ke sath lene se ye rog theek ho jata hai.
  • 20 gram jamun ki guthli pani me pees kar adha cup pani me milakar subhe shaam do bar peene se khuni dast band ho jate hai.
  • Dast hone par jamun ki 2 patiya lekar usme jara sa sendha namak milakar uski goli bana le ek goli subhe ek goli sham ko le dust band ho jate hai.
  • Agar kisi ko pet ke samasya lagatar bani rehti ho to un logo ko jamun ke ras me sendha namak milakar peene se pet ka dard, dast, pet me jalan jaisi problem theek ho jati hai.
  • Jamun ke lagatar istmal se liver, amashye, penkriyaras me lab hota hai.
  • Jamun khane se bhojan jaldi pach jata hai aur bookh bhi bad jati hai.
