Kele ka shake sharir ko chusti aur tandrusti pardan karta hai. Badte hue baccho ke liye

banana shake bahut hi badiya energy pey hai.

Kele cheel kar chote tukdo me kat lijiye. Mixer me thoda sa dudh, chini aur kele dal kar

ghuma dijey. Jab kele ka guda acche se mash ho jaye to baki ka dudh bhe gude me add

karke fir se thodi der ke liye mixer me ghumaye. Ab ise kisi bartan me nikalkar thanda

karne ke liye freezer me rakh de.
