Garmi ke dino me hame thanda thanda khane ya peene ka hi man karta hai. Masaledar lassi ek aisa pey hai jo healthy drink hone ke sath sath hamare tan aur man dono ko bahut cool ehsas karata hai. Ise banane ka bahut hi asan tarika niche diya ja raha hai.

 

Masaledar Chaach Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle Adhrak aur hari mirch ka barik paste bana le. Ab dahi aur pani ko mixer me dalkar thdoa sa ghumakar isme hari mirch aur adhrak ka paste, bhuna hua jeera, kalimirch aur namak dalkar thodi si der aur ghumaye.

Dhyan yeh rahe ki dahi se makhan na nikle issliye ise mixer me jyada der tak na ghumaye. Ab ise thanda karne ke liye 2 – 3 slice barf ke dale ya thodi der ke liye frizer me rakhe.

Hari Mirch 1
Bhuna Jeera Powder 1/2 Chammach
Thodi Si Kutri Hui Adhrak
Thodi Si Kali Mirch Powder
