Masaledar Chana Dal Vada

 

 

Dal Vada Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle chana dal ko acchi tarhe se saff karke pani me dho le aur dal ko lagbhag 2 ghante ke liye pani me bhigo kar rakh de.

Ab Dal ko pani se nikar kar ek chalni me kuch der tak rehne de jisse iska sara pani nikal kar thodi dry ho jaye.

Iss dal ko mixer grinder me pees kar pitthi bana le. Isme sare masale adhrak paste, lahsun paste, lal mirch powder, jeera powder, saunf powder, dalchini powder, kata pyaaj, hari mirch aur namak ko acche se mix karke mishran tyar kar le.

Ab ek fry pan me ghee garam kar le. Jab ghee garam ho jaye to usme thoda – thdoa mishran gol akar me bana kar vade ki shape dekar ek ek karke talte jaye. Jab vade golden brown rang me aane lage to use pan se nikalte jaye.

Masaledar chana dal vada garma garam imli ki chatni ya tamatar ki chatni ke sath serve kare.

Chana Dal 250 Gram
Adhrak Ki Paste 1 Chammach
Lahsun Ki Paste 1 Chammach
Lal Mirch Powder 1/2 Chamamch
Jeera Powder 1/2 Chammach
Saunf Powder 1/2 Chammach
Dalchini Powder 1/4 Chammach
Pyaaj Barik Kata 1
Hari Mirch Barik Kutri 2
Oil 200 Gram
Namak Swad Anusar
