Moong Dal ka Halwa

 

Samagri:

200 Gram Moong ki Dal ki pithi

500 Gram Desi Ghee

250 Gram Chini (Sugar)

Mava

Badam

Pista

Kaju

Kishmish

Moon Daal Ka Halwa Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle chilke wali Moong ki dal raat ko bigho de. Subha achi tarhe dho kar chilke alag kar de aur daal pees kar pithi tyar kar le. Phir kadahi me ghee garam karke dal ki pithi dal kar achi tarhe hilla – hilla kar bhun de. Jab tak dal bhun kar lal na ho jaye tab tak pithi ko lagataar hilate jaye.

Pithi bhunne ke liye anch bhut kam honi chaiye taaki pithi jale bi nahi or kachapan bi nahi aay. Phir thoda se pani me chini(sugar) ghol ke usme dal de aur tab tak kadchi ke sath hilate rahe jab tak yeh ghaara ho ke halwa tyar na ho jaye or chini(sugar) ka sara pani sukh na jaye. Phir usme Mava daal de or 2 – 3 minute tak pakaye aur upar se dry fruits badam, pista, kaju kishmish mila de.

Moong ki dal ka swadisht halwa tyar hai. Moong ki dal ka halwa garma garam khane ka maja hi kuch or hai. aap khud khaye aur apne guest ko bhi khilaye.
