Sooji Ka Halwa

 

Samagri: 200 Gram Sooji, 200 Gram Ghee, 50 Gram Besan, 500 Gram Chini (Sugar), Badam, Kishmish, Choti Elaichi, Gulab Jal.

Sabse pehle kadai me ghee daal kar uss ko garam kare phir uss me suji dall ke achi tarhe dall ke hila – hila kar bhun dijiye. Jab suji bhun ke rangat me ajaye aur uss me mithi – mithi khushbu ane lage tab besan mila kar aur bhune. Dhayan yeh rahe ki halki anch par hi bhunna chaiye kyo ki agar anch tej hogi to mishran ke jalne ka khatra rehta hai.

Jab sooji aur besan ke mishran se khushbu ane lage tab uss me pani daal dijiye aur sath hi chini (sugar) daal kar achi tarhe hillaye. Jab Sooji sare pani ko chus le toh uss me sare dry fruits badam, kishmish, elaichi daal kar 2-3 minute tak kadchi ke sath hila -hila ke halwe ko pakaye. Phir kadai ko niche utar le. Ab halwe ko khushbudar banane ke liye agar aap chahe to uss ke uppar gulab jal chidhak sakte hai.

Majedar kushbudar swadisth sooji ka halwa rava sheera bankar tiayar hai. khud bhi khaye aur apne dosto rishtedaro ko bhi khilaye.

Vishesh : Suji ka Halwa aap bina besan ke bhi bana sakte hai.
