Garmi ke dino me pyas bhujane ke liye watermelon tarbuj ek bahut hi best fruit hai. Tarbuj paani se bharpur hone ke karan sharir me pani ki kami ko to pura karta hi hai sath hi issme vitamins aur fiber bhi paya jata hai. Watermelon juice ko banana bahut hi asan hai. yadi aap thaka hua mehsus kar rahe hai to 1 glass tarbuj ka ras aapko tarotaza aur energy se bharpur kar dega.

Tarbuj             1kg

Nimbu            1

Kali mirch       1 chamach

Namak Swad anusar

Tarbuj Ka Ras Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle tarbuj ko kat kar usme se beej alag kar le. Ab in tukdo ko namak kali mirch aur

nimbu ka ras milakar mixer me daal kar mash kare. Yaad rahe ki isme extra pani nahi

milana hai kyo ki tarbuj pani se bharpur hota hai.

Tarbuj ka ras tyar hai ise glass me dalkar upar se baraf ke tukde dal kar thanda kare aur maja lekar peeye.
