Tinda 500 Gram
Dahi 250 Gram
1 Chota Chamach Dhaniya Powder
1 Chota Chamach Jeeera Powder
1 Chota Chamach Haldi Powder
1 Chota Chamach Lal Mirch Powder
Thodi si Kali Mirch Peesi Hui
2 Big Chamach Ghee
1 Cup Pani
Namak Swad Anusar

 

Dahi Wale Tinde Banane Ki Vidhi

 

Sabse pehle tindo ko chilkar beech me se 1 chira laga de. Ab Isme sabhi masale dhaniya, jeera, haldi, lal mirch, kali mirch aur namak ko mix karke tindo me bhar de.

Ab Cooker me ghee garam karle aur isme tinde, Dahi aur pani dalkar cooker ka dhakkan laga de. Adhik se adhik flame par rakhakar cooker me pressure banne de. Jab pressure ban jaye to flame ko kam karke 3 minute tak paka kar gass ki flame band kar de. Cooker ka pressure khatam hone par cooker ka dhakkan khol kar dekhe tinda aur dahi ghee se alag hone tak halki flame par thodi der tak pakne de.

 

Swadisht Dahi tinda khane ke liye tyar hai. Ise prantha ya roti ke sath parose.
